Our client is the creative force behind some of Australia\'s most innovative residential communities and apartment developments. Their award-winning projects are testament to the strength and expertise of their team.  A major residential project in it\'s early stages now requires a team of skilled Sales Executives who will be based in their newly developed sales office.
 
 
The Role
A talented Residential Sales Representative is required to lead a small team on a new flagship site.  The role will require a high level on discipline and management and will also include:
 
  • Deal with all client groups in a courteous and polite manner, working to client requirements and being professional at all times.
  • Deal honestly and do not mislead in any way; buyers, colleagues, builders and other stakeholders.
  • Communicate with clients throughout the buying process.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and legal requirements.
  • Create a welcoming and comfortable environment in the newly developed sales centre.
  • Arrange and participate in promotional, social and training events for new home sales consultants employed by differing building companies.
  • Contribute to team sales area and development of marketing, sales strategies, research on competitor analysis and pricing product.
  • Prepare weekly (or as required) sales reports, attendance/visitation and market feedback
  • Manage, maintain and groom the sales leads database incorporating a mailing list for future land and property releases and promotions.
  • To attend staff/sales/project meetings as directed.
  • To attend training sessions as required and directed from time to time.
  • Coordinate and manage a hold system for a product available for sale, stock and inventory monitoring.
  • Prepare and check the accuracy of contracts for sale and purchase of land together with all supporting documentation
 
The Person
You will be a bright, driven, enthusiastic and Sales Professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have a proven track record in sales and have the ability to work in a high pressure team environment and be proactive in your approach to your own role while motivating and managing your small sales team.
Prior successful experience in sales of residential apartment projects on and off plan is preferred but not essential.
