Electroboard, Australia’s largest supplier of Business Presentation Technology is seeking a customer focused person with experience to provide Audio Visual service and support to our Corporate Customers in the Brisbane CBD.

This exciting and stimulating role includes responsibilities such as AV corporate support, troubleshooting diagnosis, providing technical assistance and maintenance to the latest and sophisticated AV technologies.

The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic individual who has the ability to remain calm and focused in a busy environment, has advanced customer and communication skills, good computer knowledge and familiarity with AV Systems.

Experience with diagnosing and resolving problems with integrated audio visual systems including Projector, Video Conference Systems, AV Control Systems and experience in high level Customer Service in a corporate executive environment would be a great advantage.
