Bulimba Station is a commercial cattle operation located via Chillagoe, approximately a five hour drive west of Cairns, Queensland and is operated by the Indigenous Land Corporation (ILC), one of Australia’s major cattle producers. 

A position is available for an immediate start for a Station Cook. Working in a new fully equipped kitchen, the successful applicant will be required to have:

·         proven experience working in a station or commercial kitchen;

·         prepared and planned menus and ordered supplies;

·         maintained a clean kitchen, dining room and food storage areas to a high standard ensuring OH&S best practice is followed.

You must be an Australian resident, have a current unrestricted driver’s licence and employment may be subject to medical and police clearance.

The successful applicant will be employed by the National Indigenous Pastoral Enterprises Pty Ltd (NIPE); you will be situated on Bulimba Station and will receive a competitive salary which includes single person accommodation and meals.
