They are currently seeking a Production Manager for their Central Queensland Operations who can demonstrate strong business and people leadership skills. Yo u will act in a hands on capacity in team management whilst demonstrating a strong business acumen driving the business forward and ensuring production and quality targets are being met.

In this role you will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, continuous improvement and process control within a production environment. Your key success in this role will be attributed to your team leadership experience within a manufacturing/refinery/agricultural mining or environmental management industry. In addition to this you will possess a solid business acumen and the proven ability to understand and meet production and quality targets within a production environment.

You will be an inspiring leader and lead from example in this role whilst possessing the ability to influence others and demonstrate effective change management.
