Desktop Support Officer
- Provide technical support to Windows and MAC users
- Temporary full-time position for 12 months
As the ICT Services Desktop Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing high level ICT support to over 300 library staff and external business clients. You will provide technical support of desktop, laptop and peripheral equipment within a broad ranging contemporary environment, with Microsoft Windows (XP and 7), Mac OSX Snow Leopard, Microsoft Office (2003 and 2008) and Citrix/XenApp, underpinned by Altiris Systems Management software, across 3 distinct sites. This is a role with a high degree of interaction with other State Library staff and an opportunity to put your highly refined technical and communication skills to the test.
