Responsibilities and measurable achievements will include;

• Securing new business as well as increasing opportunities within existing business in the Mackay region

• Ensure that sales strategies and activities are undertaken to achieve company objectives through both retail & contracted business
• Maximise business opportunities with potential national clients
• Maintain close contact and develop business relationships with clients and potential clients
• Lead, coach and develop the branch team to further achieve business goals and maximise profit targets.

• Experience in developing mutually beneficial relationships with multinational and local organisations 
• Highly developed negotiation, presentation & networking skills
