As a Principal Signalling Engineer you will lead a mul ti-disciplinary management design team. You will ensure all signalling projects are carried out to the highest quality and abiding to all technical standards. Drawing on your knowledge of the industry, you will be able to develop and prolong lasting relationships with clients. Identification of new business development opportunities will also fall under your responsibilities as will making sure all works are carries out in a cost effective and timely manner.

Requirements:

• Degree qualification in Engineer Discipline
• Proven 10+ years experience in a similar technical role
• Proven experience in installation and design of railway- new projects and existing infrastructure
• Ability to lead a management team
• Ability to mentor and assist project and bid teams
• Membership with Institute of Rail Signal Engineers
• Membership with Engineers Australia
• REPQ Qualification
• Previous business development experience desirable
