This will be the third centre this company has opened and their first in Queensland.  A fantastic opportunity exists for a Director to complete this purpose built centre, appoint the ir own team, implement their own policies & procedures and begin the task of attracting parents to enrol their children.

The first challenge will be to gain the necessary accreditation from the Queensland authorities and experience in this field will be valued.  It is expected the role will grow from 3 days a week to full time as the number of children grows organically to no bigger than 35.

The successful applicant can expect to be very ‘hands on’ initially. The ongoing management and administration of the operation can be separated or included in this role and the final salary package will reflect this.

Relevant qualifications and experiences are critical but we cannot stress enough that this small business wants a Director that shares the owner’s passion for caring and developing children.
