Customer Focus Team Leader

    Do you have a passion for excellence in customer service? We are seeking a Team Leader for our Customer Focus team to manage and lead customer focus improvement initiatives across Council. Your highly developed strategic, analytical and problem solving skills will assist you to identify customer focus issues and develop solutions to help Council better meet its customers needs.

    This role will influence stakeholders at all levels and will provide you with a great opportunity to network and develop your career.

    As the Customer Focus Team Leader, you will be responsible for developing strategies, improving processes and leading cultural change to transform Council\'s customer service delivery.

    This will involve:

    • leading and managing the Customer Focus team
    • leading the development and implementation of whole of Council customer focus solutions
    • leading and supporting the Council work units to help achieve customer focus in their planning and service delivery
    • leading and managing the preparation and implementation of a comprehensive cultural change strategy
    • providing strategic advice and develop recommendations for the branch manager and other senior executives across Council
    • overseeing customer focus programs and projects across Council.
