This growing not-for-profit organisation are seeking an experienced Operations Manager in a newly established role. Reporting directly to the CEO you will have a central role in this community minded organisation.

You will be responsible for the coordination of one of the largest programs in the organisation as well as a handful of other smaller related programs. You will provide leadership and guidance to employees as well as volunteers. You will be responsible for reporting requirements to ensure continued funding from various government sources. You will constantly be seeking ways to improve the service and to enhance relationships both externally and internally.

To be successful in this role you will have a strong appreciation for the management of volunteers and proven ability to tailor your communication style to your audience. You will have exposure working in the not-for-profit sector delivering services in accordance with government funding agreements. You will recognise the need for flexibility with business hours as well as travel around the region.
